I wanted to clarify something for you.  The Bible says that homosexuality is wrong.  And that God abhors it.  There is no gene for gayness.  Roman's says that men with men and women with women is unnatural.  that of course is pretty obvious.  So since God says it's unnatural and he abhors it, it's silly to say he created people that way. 

The bare facts are that when Adam and Eve chose to disobey God they allowed satan to be Lord of this earth instead of Adam and satan influences people's choices.  many people have familial influences they are not even aware of, and many homosexuals can remember a pivotal experience with a homosexual which "showed" them their preference.  So homosexuality isn't natural nor right and it perpetuates the unnatural desires and encourages other young people who may have a desire toward sin they would never have acted on.  Some people have desires toward eating dirt that they don't act upon because it isn't socially acceptable, some have desires toward violence, alcoholism, drug abuse or stealing or molesting a child or rape that they never act upon because they don't want to do wrong.  the more socially acceptable we make sin, the more people will wallow in it. 

And lest you think it isn't a choice there ARE people who embraced the homosexual lifestyle who've accepted the Lord and His world view and have turned from homosexuality, cleaned up their lives and had the Lord heal their desires.  some have married and had children.  it's a choice to look at it as acceptable and a choice to turn from it.
